Our collaboration with Piiroinen started in 1999 where we designed the Flakes chair for the new ARoS Art Museum in Aarhus by schmidt hammer lassen architects. Since then a wide range of furniture has been developed and countsoday chairs, tables, stools, lounge furniture and conference chairs - the Flakes family! In 2005 the Flakes chair was given the prestigious Red Dot Design Award.

In 1999 Veksoe started manufacturing a range of outdoor furniture originally created by schmidt hammer lassen design for The Royal Library in Copenhagen. The urban space outside the library - an open and public space called “Søren Kierkegaards Plads” was thought in as a part of the project to emphasize the connection between city and harbour and to generate a space for activity and human beeing. The serie called “Royal” consists of a bench, various types of bollards and litter bins.

The collaboration with Montana / DJOB started with the further development of a table we originally designed for our own studio back in the mid 1990´s. The table was designed as a fixed table but was after the redesign introduced as an updated electric elevating version and with new posibilities for adding equipment for modern exclusive office interior. SA Möbler of Sweden offers Quality Office furniture designed by handpicked architects and designers from all over Scandinavia. Then carefully manufactured in their own factory by skilled craftsmen in Tibro, the furniture capital of Sweden. SA Möbler approached schmidt hammer lassen design and a collaboration began in late 2008 bringing the first prototypes to Stockholm Furniture Fair in january 2009.

Our collaboration with Fagerhult began with a special designed an developed lamp to a project by schmidt hammer laser architects. We had very fixed specifications for the lamp because we wanted it fully integrated in an existing cieling system (aluminium lamellas) In the dialogue with Fagerhult we met a professional and effecient partner with a vide specter of know how and capacity to handle a fast product development.

The first system was delivered to a big danish company with high need for flexibility and a constant possibility for adapting their often changing interior structure.
